Depends how "old" your car is as you do not state. It also depends on its condition. Early 911s and 356s can hide a multitude of rust and rot. Even later impact bumper cars are often not much better.
As already posted DDK-online is a dedicated forum for UK based air cooled Porsche. It costs nothing to join but etiquette requires you to introduce yourself and your car prior to asking questions.
Not all body shops are capable of properly dealing with early cars so you must seek out a specialist. However, good specialists often have long lead times as they are in demand.
My suggestions are
Retro Refinishers (Nick Kyte) in Bridgetown Cannock. ( Bodywork, paint and assembly)
Greatworth Classics ( Angus Watt) Greatworth Oxfordshire. ( bodywork, paint and assembly)
Chesterton Coach Works ( John) Enstone Oxfordshire. (Bodywork).
Alternatively you can hand your car over to Autofarm or Tuthill ( both in Oxfordshire) and they will take care of all your body, engineering and mechanical needs.
Please be aware that although there are a range of new body panels available they rarely fit properly and require time and expertise to fettle. Also note that parts are expensive and restoration is an expensive business. Good luck.
