Slight shake on roof operation - what to do to ease mechanism

I have a 2001 Boxster S.
The roof mechanism is a little 'juddery' on operation.
Can you recommend a way to 'ease' the mechanism.
Should I use oil or silicon spray?
Where is best to oil?
Any useful videos showing the process.
I assume a simple oil will ease the mechanism.

ptfe “dry” lube on anything that pivots or slides. Wd40 do a ptfe version. Works well. Don’t forget the ball joints as well as the rest of the mech.

WD40 PTFE Dry spray can purchased from Amazon.

I'll be working on the roof mechanism this weekend, weather permitting !!!
