Cayenne 2015 4.2 S - Xenon - Headlights at different heights?

Hi guys,

I have searched the web high and low and can't seem any definitive answer to this question.

I have a 2015 (the later shape that ran until 2017 I think) Cayenne S 4.2 and the Xenon headlamps are NOT level when driving, the car tries level them up when I start the car but the drivers side is much lower vs the passenger side and it's quite dangerous.

I have contacted Porsche and booked her in but it's £220 just for a diagnostic, the car carries an extended warranty thankfully but I was wondering is this not just an allen key bolt job to align the positioning of the headlights?

I'm begrudged paying so much for just headlight alignment.
