Hi R11 team!
im planning to change the engine oil and filter (minor services) on my car myself. However I saw not aware these 997’s have this service interval reminder thing. My old boxster 986.2 did not that this.
dose any one want to offer there diagnostic tool with the function of resetting the service interval. I know how I feel about offering out my tools to friends etc so this is a big ask to many of you. Maybe if you want to simply visit my house and do the action yourself that’s also great for me. I live in Danbury just outside of Chelmsford.
if you have this tool and want to offer some help, please send me a message.
thank you. Nick

Hi Justin!
that’s great news and a good plan. However the car is currently all tucked up in bed SORN off the road for winter and won’t be back on until either early March or April. So I can bring it to the club meet in one of those months if that’s ok by you?
thank you again for your kind help with this Justin.

Hi Justin,
are you planning on being at the April club night? My cars now all serviced and back on the road. So getting you to clear the service notification would be cool.
