Please confirm if you wish a dinner reservation for the Saturday night here by 27 May.

We are planning a night away for the BTCC and Carrera Cup at Knockhill, Scotland July 30 (race days are 30 and 31 July). Hotels are extremely limited for the night of 30th July with nothing reasonable in the Dunfermline, Perth, Stirling area. We have therefore book the Premier Inn Edinburgh Leith Waterfront - there is free parking and we can easily travel into Edinburgh city centre on Saturday for a night out :ROFLMAO:.

Our room cost (flexible and pay on arrival) was £162 including cooked breakfast.

Knockhill Tickets are £50 pp adult ticket for the Weekend (discount available for over 65's).

Please let us know if you are interested in joining us.

Best regards - Philip & Jacquie

Sounds like a good idea! Hotel booked.

Are we buying Knockhill tickets individually and relying on driving in together to park together?

Chris may spend some time in Edinburgh rather than Knockhill!!

Hi Gordon

Glad you got the hotel booked. Tickets have to be bought individually (we have bought our weekend tickets.) The plan is to drive together and park together.

Big thank you to Philip and Jacquie and anyone else involved in organising the trip to Knockhill to attend the BTCC and Carrera Cup racing event. Good competitive racing over the 2 days, a tight technical circuit and an evening of general merriment in downtown Edinburgh made for a very enjoyable R3 weekend.

Another great weekend of Porsche stuff with great people, thanks Jacquie and Philip and everyone else who went.
