Hi All
Happy new Year

so it’s been a long time but I have finished building my house and garage, so it’s back to the car build [:)]
I heard But never seen a thread or how To guide -that you can lift the body leaving engine, torque tube and suspension all in one piece [&:]
it Doesn’t seem logical to me am I missing something, do I need a trolley under the engine?

I would appreciate any advice or thoughts ?

cheers ken

All cars are assembled that way on production lines anyway-one big advantage of subframes is they allow assembly from underneath many times using platform lifts fitted into the jigs at the particular assembly position with the sub-assemblies built up by teams elsewhere.

Yes doing a full body strip and respray,
My thoughts were it keeps all the parts together and saves shelf Space

Is there a significant advantage in doing it that way? Are you doing a full body strip?
Can't see the benefit over just unbolting the bumpers, doors, bonnet, front wings and tailgate.
