Cayenne Rear Door Lock Fault

I have a 2016 Cayenne 3.0L Diesel and currently have an intermittent locking problem with the drivers side rear door. It appears to be an issue when first using the central locking key fob to unlock all the doors. All the doors will unlock except for the rear door drivers side. I can unlock and open the rear door from the inside and then close the door. If I then lock all the doors again with the key fob and then unlock, the problem rear door will unlock and can be opened from the outside as normal. Therefore, the central locking will lock/unlock all the doors correctly, however if the car is then left for a while and I then use the key fob to unlock the doors, the same rear door will not open from the outside. I would appreciate if anyone can offer any advice please.

I had this exact issue and had to pay £250 to have it rectified by Zuffenhaus in Wythall. Can't remember exactly what it was, but a part needed replacing.
