This coming weekend we have a 2 events which may be of interest.

Sunday 5th December - Cars & Coffee – The Cornerhouse, Wrightington. Arrive by 8.30 to be able to get on the car park. Coffee and Bacon Barms available. Always a god turnout of Porsche and other sports and classic cars. Check the website to see if any last minutes changes due to adverse weather.

Le Jog 2021 – HERO Events 4th – 7th December
This classic car events runs from Lands End to John O’Groats (some 1300 Miles) and is for classic cars manufactured before 1986. Out of the 70 entrants there are 15 Porsche entered ranging from 924. 928 and 911SC.
The event starts on Friday 4th December and finishes on Monday 7th December.
This year the route comes through Dunsop Bridge and The Trough of Bowland to a lunch halt near Kirkby Lonsdale. The organisers have said the first cars should be w with us about 12.30 on Sunday 5th December.
This is a good opportunity to see classic cars taking part in tough endurance rally.

I plan to go to the Cornerhouse for a breakfast coffee/bacon barm and then make my way to the Dunsop Bridge and The Trough of Bowland. I may even go up to Kirkby Lonsdale.

Just spoken to The Cornehouse and Sunday 5th December Classic Car Breakfast is off.
