Hi All
I would just like to thank Paul for all his work as RO over the past 10 years. In the past he has had some challenging times with very little attendance overall. Over the recent years he has managed to increase the number of attendees significantly, which is great to see.
in addition many congratulations to Sue on her appointment as the new regional organiser; I’m sure she will be a tremendous asset and make the region flourish.
Take care all & kind regards
Andy

Andy,

I’d also like to add my thanks to Paul for his efforts over my own 10-years of Club membership and also to wish Sue success in her new role.

Jeff

Hi Andy

Very well said! I still remember coming along to our very first meet where we were met by Paul and he very kindly introduced us to other members. Mike and I have continued to attend numerous R10 events and outings arranged by Paul - thank you!

It has been an absolute pleasure to support Paul and R10 over the last 8yrs of membership and am looking forward to getting stuck in and arranging "stuff" for the region, although there are a pair of rather large boots to fill.

Best wishes
Sue

Andy, Jeff and Sue - Thanks very much to you as well for your kind thoughts.

I’ll continue to have a great time with the region and Club, really looking forward to helping support the next years with Sue’s inclusive, fresh outlook which is indeed a great asset for us in R10.
See you all soon [8D]

Sue and I would like to add our thanks to Paul for everything he has done. We have been in R10 for 3 years and always found Paul to be welcoming and engaging and truly interested in finding stuff for us to do. Thanks also to Mark and Gary, and I have no doubt many others, who gave up their time to support and organise other events that we have enjoyed, and would have enjoyed many more of had it not been for the pandemic.

Sad day Paul known you for years and you have done a sterling job always supporting PCGB but now relax and enjoy the club as a member you earned it.
Warm welcome to the new RO I am sure Paul will still support you.

I'd like to add my appreciation and thanks to Paul too. I'm not too proud to recognise he stepped in to run the Region after me at a time when the Region activity and attendance levels had fallen significantly - probably because I was struggling to commit the time needed to do the job properly still. The Region is now very 'active' - thanks to Paul and also those who have supported him for allowing that to happen.
