Hi people,
2 questions ,
I have a cracked windscreen from a stone chip , spoken to Opc and they have advised to insist on Genuine windscreen which I have - just waiting for Auto glass to come back to me with additional costs.
anyone have any experience using them ?

Also managed to catch one of the rear wheels and has scratched the edging (Diamond cut ) of the wheel.
Anyone recommend Diamond cut wheel refurbishment in the North west - that they have used and stood the test of time? I had some done on a different vehicle a couple of years ago that corroded after 12mth so looking for somewhere better.
Thanks ????

Ah. Diamond cut are a bit of a nightmare and you can only refurb them a couple of times (from memory). Maybe they were past it?

Try Rader International in Trafford Park for your wheel refurb. They've done a couple of the wife's diamond cut alloys and you'll never notice it has been done.

Late reply I know but didn't have any issues with AutoGlass via my insurer ClassicLine, in fact I would recommend them based on the service received.

I insisted on genuine glass which took another week or so to source but no extra cost. When they guy turned up to fit it he looked at the car and told me to come to the fitting site in Saltney where four guys carefully did the job between them. Six months later it's still perfect.
