Shavings in gearbox oil

I didnt have a record of my gearbox oil being changed so it was min 10k miles and 4 years old possibly much older. This is what was on the plug when garage changed it concerning?

 
Drives fine, no issues with gears. I've seen a post on rennlist with a fair amount with a note this is normal, see below but mine seems bit worse. Wondered if others have pics.
