Fold up chairs

Hello,

having been on a few outside events now, I have seen people popping into their Caymans to bring out nice fold up chairs to make the most of our weather and fresh air. This was something that intended to follow, however, unfortunately our lovely comfortable fold up chairs that we own, are two large to fit properly in either of the boots. I can lay them in over the engine cover, but I was hoping to fully shut them away.
Do you have any experience or could you recommend suitable chairs that will fit in either? I’m currently driving a 718 Cayman.

Thank you,

Dave

I got caught out not long ago when my wife bought us a new pair of chairs. I measured them according to the specs on the website but when they arrived they were too long for the boot! Having left it too long we couldn't return them, so I'd advise ordering from somewhere you can return them and check them ASAP.

For reference, I have an old basic chair which we got from a race meeting sometime - the kind you can pick up at motorway service stations - and it fits perfectly in the boot. Something like this:

Dave,

We got a couple of decent chairs from Argos with their own covers. Not that expensive either. Fit in either end of the Cayman with loads of other stuff as well!

Got a pair of those from ASDA, same colour as my car !! £7 each including a carrying bag.
