Have owned and enjoyed my guards red 1990 964 to the full since 2000 but sadly time to move her on to a new home as I'm no longer in a position to complete my (bodyshell) restoration project. Anyone interested please see full details and photos on my personal website I've put together www.964project.com. Best wishes.

Although I am not interesting in purchasing your car, looking at the pictures was very eye opening!

The 2017 pictures suggest that the body is lovely and certainly much better than my car, yet the restoration pictures paint a completely different story. I was rather taken aback by the level of rot in some of the pictures.

Whilst I do not kid myself that mine does not have plenty of rust lurking, I certainly would have noticed big holes like some of the ones your car has and I am pretty sure I don't have any like that. I am guessing that is why you undertook the body restoration project in the first place, or was it much worse than you originally feared?

Good luck in finding a buyer and if you get near to your asking price, I hope that you can find a replacement without adding too much to the proceeds.

Hi Nigel

How are you getting on with selling your project?

Are you close to selling? If not you see if mark is interested in an article for 964 register in Porsche post.
