So after changing my gearbox and front diff oil to motul 300 gear my 1st and 2nd gear shift when cold has definitely gotten worse.
Smooth as silk once warmed up but not good at all when cold.
I intend to buy 20litres of Mobilube 75w90 PTX and split into 4 x 5litre jugs if anyone is interested in buying one of the 3 spares ?
hopefully the mobilube will be as good as they say it is for cold shifts ??
Anyone interested please just message me - thanks
just looking to recoup my cost price.

I used this exact oil last autumn on the recommendation of Opie Oils when doing a gearbox Oil change, 1st to 2nd was definitely improved And I got the free Air Freshener !!

I must admit the air freshener came in handy to cover the stench of the old gear oil :)
So was it The Motul or Mobilube you used ?
