experience ordering from Partworks GMBH

Hi guys

Has anyone experienced issues ordering from the above? I registered an account today to order a set of wishbones that were showing as in stock with just over an hour to get the order in for shipping today. I went through PayPal and think thought that I had completed the payment and was ready to pay the core charge but had no confirmation of the order. On checking my newly registered Partworks account it didn't show anything in the 'order history, nor was there any record of a transaction on my Paypal account?
The part is now showing as out of stock so clearly something has changed but I have no idea of what the status is. I have sent an email to Partworks and thought while awaiting a reply that I would ask the folk here of their experiences in ordering from this company, perhaps I did something wrong?

just had a reply from Partworks.... they can no longer do exchange units for orders to the UK, as a result of Brexit. Their words, not mine, so I guess this will be the same for any other EU company in regards to core exchange orders...:(
