Targa top restoration

I had a top retrieved by Southbound a few years ago. They did a good job but I was expecting better; there was some puckering of the beading and it stood slightly proud of the top which contributes to wind noise.

If I had to do it again I would send the top to Dan Petchel in the US. I have some some of his tops and they are simply perfect. His website is www.carsincnj.com

 
What are the latest thoughts on where to get a targa top restored properly?
Last time I looked at this - about 10 years back - the recommendation was Dave down at Southbound Trimmers, and I have no doubt that he could still provide the service and quality. However, I do remember that some people used to blanche at the price quoted and the lead times involved!
I’m assuming that in the intervening decade there must be other people who have mastered this tricky skill, so I’d appreciate any recommendation.
