Gordon Fogarty

New member
Looking for some used OE standard silencers for my 3.4 C2.
No splits on the welds please.
Would consider pair with broken flexi sections though.

thanks
Gordon

Hi Gordon, I am changing my nearside standard item to a Dansk that I have just bought (to match existing Dansk on the o/s) and providing that goes to plan and isn't too obnoxious, ill have the standard item available (n/s only). It appears to be in reasonable order and isn't blowing anywhere. To confirm this is an 01 3.4 c2. Let me know if interested, I'm in Surrey.
Regards,
Steve

Yes I would be interested, At least that would be 50% of my problem solved. [:)]
I have been running Dansk silencers for the last 10yrs, which have been good with a good sporty tone.
Recently I replaced the manifolds with Design Tech ones as bolts on OE manifolds had wasted away, and changed the cats to 100cell, Plus my one of my Dansk silencers has loose baffle internally that rattles. This combination has made the overall effect too loud so a move to std silencers is next attempt.
I appreciate that you need to try your new setup before selling anything . Thanks

Bit the bullet and bought a set of dansk 335s silencers.
Happy with the result new silencers Designtek manifolds and 200cell cats

I now will have my outgoing set of dansk 330s silencers coming to market.
Sound great with otherwise std system.
Cheers

So I now have the following for sale:

NEARSIDE (left) Dansk 335 S/Sound silencer. This is the version that is similar in pattern to the Porsche factory item, but sounds much nicer and doesn't fall apart at the seams, literally! It's in good condition with no rust or corrosion and the brackets and fixings are all good. Sounded lovely but I replaced it to match the non-matching Dansk 300 S/EXP which resides on the off side.
Can supply photos on request.

Im looking for £150. Collect from nr Guildford Surrey or I can courier at buyers cost.
