The email that went out at 17:30 today invites us to book tickets for the "Eastern Regions 60th Anniversary Festival at Duxford" but I am struggling to find any details of what this will involve, which is an issue for me becuase I need to sell it to the Mrs and kids.

Does anyone know?

James, The notice should say "Book here" with a link to

https://www.porscheclubgb...stival-eastern-regions
Then click "More Information"
The event is on the PCGB website under Events Calendar.
We have negotiated a much reduced price to the museum and 700 Porsches are expected to be on display.
Please be aware the area dedicated to us is for Porsches only and other car makes will not be allowed into our area. Tickets must be pre-booked since the reduced price tickets to our area will not be available on the day.
Club shop will be in attendance and refreshment vans will in our area as well as the usual Duxford restaurants.

Hi Martin,
I want to attend and so do my 3 adult sons. The problem is that my 911 is not big enough for 4 adults. The boys would have to come in non-Porsche cars. Does the cost quoted cover admission, and parking for non-Porsche cars so if I book 4 tickets can the boys come?
Regards
Jonathan

Jonathan,
We regret that as I said:
"Please be aware the area dedicated to us is for Porsches only and other car makes will not be allowed into our area"
Thus, if your sons will not fit into your 911 and you travel in another car marque, we regret you will have to book on the Duxford website and pay full price and go into public parking; you would not be allowed into our dedicated Porsche area.

Thanks Martyn. I see the event is already sold out, which is a shame for me but great for the event. Well done.

James, we are not yet sold out but tickets are going quickly. The Boxster Register tickets are sold out but there is a reserve list and and we may be able to add parking spaces for the Register. If you are having a problem obtaining tickets, please contact club office.

Hi Martyn, a fellow R24 member is looking for a single ticket to this event, so if anything becomes available could you please advise as apparently it is now SOLD OUT!

Thanks
