With much saddness

Its with much regret that I am no longer in the Porsche world I have sold my beautiful Cobalt Blue 997

The car just doesn't get used anymore and doing only 1400 miles in the last two years and receiving a good offer on the car without even advertising it I let it go
I know I will regret it I do already but really what's the point just doing shows and the odd run out not being able to park it anywhere without worrying
25yrs I've owned Porsches and I miss it already

You will be back in the saddle before too long Mike - otherwise, the itch will always be there for a Porsche man!

That’s a shame Mike, I’m sure we’ll still meet up with you riding shotgun to Mark??. I can understand why you parted with the car, my turbo has hardly been used for the last couple of years. When I do get the chance to drive it still brings a huge smile to my face. Like you getting on for 30 years of owning Porsche’s would seem odd not to have one in the garage
Regards to you and the family, hope to catch up soon

Really surprised to hear this, Mike - especially after your glowing praise of your 997... lovely colour and a great car - given half the chance I would have loved that one too.

Was equally surprised when Mark moved his silver 993 on...

See you at some meet again very soon though, even if you may not be in a Porsche at the time (secretly hoping you will be again, though)!
