It looks very nice indeed, Alistair, and an excellent spec. I would be very tempted at that money, but I am really not in the market just now (I keep trying to convince myself) - sorry!

To ambush your thread slightly, I wondered how long “for sale” ads are listed? I listed some ‘as new’ 718 wheels and tyres recently and on looking for the ad realised that it was no longer there (after all the hassle of sorting photos too!).

Best of luck with your sale; I wouldn’t have thought it would take long to sell.

Gordon,

According to the site:

Classified adverts appear for a 30 day period so there’s plenty of time for listed Porsches to find a new home.

Jeff

Thanks, Jeff, as always you’re on the button! I looked for that detail and couldn’t find it. Doesn’t time fly?!

Gordon.

Thanks for your kind words Gordon.

I had some plonker contact me via another site to tell me that his £12.5K offer was top dollar for a 987.1 as they are in the £10-13K range, even considering the low miles on this one. He went on to tell me how he had driven them and had been doing a lot of research on them.......
