I have had my car from new and every once in a while I have had the same experience and it cannot be found as a fault by the computer when with the OPC but it has always reset itself. My first 991.1, a demonstrator, had a number of electrical issues including opening its sunroof in the middle of the night. The answer was the same - ‘the computer says no’ and in the end I did a deal with Germany to replace it. It took nearly nine months! Whilst not very helpful I hope this gives you an understanding and that yours also returns to life as I suspect you may be chasing rainbows. Sorry

Before you take it to the dealer its worth performing.a reboot/ reset. Just press and hold the Info button with the ignition on to reset the PCM unit - just press and hold for circa 10 secs.

Just like a PC a magic reboot ( turn on/off ) can fix many a problem. if pressing and holding the info button does not work you can also pull the fuse to perform a reset.

This will be the first thing the dealer performs for you before they send you on your way, so worth trying first to eliminate a reset.
