Problem buying Silverstone Classic Tickets

Hi everyone,

Has anybody experienced difficulty in paying for Classic tickets? I have got as far as the checkout and the PCGB code has been accepted, but the delivery option quickly flips from "postage" to "handling" without my input. Then, I have no option to choose "postage" again, but I can't pay with the (only) default "handling" option.

The Silverstone phone is not manned, and I have had no email reply to my query. Of course, it's the last day for early bird discounts!!

Cheers.

Hi Mark

hope you are keeping well

mine went through with no problems, I did book a few weeks ago though.

If you money hasn’t gone through perhaps just ref and try again.

regards
Andy

Hi Mark
I have just done mine. You are correct I could not choose a delivery option and got the handling charge but I think that is mandatory on any type of delivery. Did you click the accept terms and conditions to continue to the next page? Also there was nowhere to put your car details but unlike other years you have to wait for the confirmation email and there is a section there to put down your details.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Hi Andy and Tracy,

Thanks for your responses. I tried again and it all boiled down to my address not being properly formatted. I’m finally in and paid for.

Regards.

I'm also having trouble with the Silverstone booking system.

Does everyone have to pay the Handling Fee?

How much is the 3 day ticket when the Club code is applied?

Thanks

Hi John
Every year I have been charged the handling charge even though I had print at home tickets.
cheers
Tracy

Hi John ... weekend pass is £105 plus £7.50 booking fee . (With code )
It does seem to be slightly different this year as once you have paid you get a separate email
called Formstack where you put in your car details ..
