Refoaming 928 speakers

Very interesting, never knew it was even possible to replace the foam rings

Slightly fiddly but should be a good job done. I like the fact that it retains the originality - aftermarket speakers look a bit naff in my opinion.

Foams arrived today so part 2 coming soon!
 
Cool job, stored away for future use, I have replaced all the speakers in my 968 with components, but mine are hidden away behind the door panels so it does not matter about repairing the old Nokia ones

It is a pretty easy job but if in the 968 if you can get direct replacements that easily sit behind the existing grilles that is far easier! My 944 is a tricky one because it has very odd shaped oval speakers in the doors, and the rear ones are behind the rear quarter panel trims which look like they are a pain to remove. Maybe I'll tackle it soon!
