Travel to the Yorkshire Porsche Festival

As the title suggests, is anyone planning to travel to the festival and are there any plans to meet before hand and drive up in convoy from the NW?

We used to do this in a previous club I was in and it was a great way to travel to an event.

I take it from the large amount of views but lack of replies the general consensus to this is no!:ROFLMAO:
 
It feels too difficult to plan anything with certainty these days but I wasn't even aware of this event so thanks for mentioning it! If all is well nearer the time, I'd love to go...

Sorry for my delayed response, it has been rather hectic at work recently and on top of that we’ve been having some building work done at home.

Subject to Covid restrictions I personally might have a lot going on in August, however, if I can make it, I would like to join you, I did go to this a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Matt Staines is holding an R5 organising committee meeting this evening and I will raise this then, to see if we can get a group of us from R5 to attend and support this event.

Many thanks for the suggestion, it is very much appreciated.
