Radio level when reversing

I wonder if someone could help me with an issue please.
On my previous cars (JLR) is was possible to reduce the level of the radio when reversing to help hear the reversing sensors.
Does anyone know how / if I can do the same on my current model Macan?
Ive been through every setting I can find on the car but the answer alludes me thus far!
Many thanks in anticipation

Phil

Hello Phil,

Welcome to the forum and Macan Register. [:)]

I am unaware of any setting allowing auto-reduction of sound level when selecting reverse gear, however depressing the knurled button on the LHS of the steering wheel turns the sound off altogether, whilst pressing it again turns it back on. The programme/media setting is unaffected.

I hope this is helpful.

Regards,

Clive
