Door Handles

I have a 2020 Macan and have found recently that the door handles do not return to the closed position when released. It also means that the door lock wil not engage. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you solve it?!

About four months ago we had a similar problem with the handle on the driver’s door of our 2019 Macan.

We let our OPC take a look at it and they sorted it out. Apparently it’s a known problem.

It has happened to both the driver's side doors, they just seem to stay open. I will speak to Guildford from where I got the car..

Maybe it's due to the cold weather and a bit of ice?
 
I had the same problem on the passenger offside door the other day but it only happened the once and it been fine since!
