Wiper switch

Yo. The wiper switch has been a bit 'odd' for a while, the click didn't feel right. It's still working, but the 'up' movement from no wiper to constant wipers is dodgy, no resistance. I presume it's buggered, how much/work is a replacement?

I do wonder there days, how many Porsche specialists have survived Covid? I emailed 9M but have had no reply.

changing the switch is fairly easy, obviously you need to remove steering wheel (isolating battery), but you also have to remove the kneebar in order to access the cable connections under the dash.

I've got the same issue, although for me the intermittent wipe won't turn off so for now I've had to remove the relay. Glad to hear it's not too difficult to fix. Assume best place to buy replacement is the OPC?

I purchased from OPC... there are off course several types, depending on whether your car has cruise control etc

Oddly enough the day after I posted, it went fine. But one to keep an eye out for, it's 25 years old now :)
