Porsche 996 c4s cracked rear wheel with solution.

My blasted car failed its MOT today due to a cracked rear wheel
i've looked on ebay for a replacement but not had much luck there. Can anyone on the forum suggest where I might get a hold of a refurbushed or 2nd hand Rear Wheel for an 03 Porsche 996 c4s?

I've had a couple welded which worked ok, could be worth a ring round. I think the one i used this time was something like Wheelworx.

Lepsons used to be good if there's nowhere near you, very efficient service.

I have a full set of solid C4S rims that I took off my car several years ago. Nothing wrong with them but they need to be repainted. Please make me an offer !

Quick update,

Managed to get the split rim repaired using CNC Diamond Cut based in Biggar just outside Edinburgh run by Scott and Joe really helpful, had the wheel repaired and fitted within 24hrs, can highly recommend them.

They will come and pick up the wheel(s), repair and then refit. They also fit spare wheels whilst the repair is taking place so you can still use your car.
