Hi Folks, new to club and wanted to say Hi [;)]

Hope everyones keeping safe, well and getting into the festive spirit?

Also, thought I'd reach out to the collective knowledge here in the hope that someone might be able to help me workout what is going on with 911 997.1 4s. The heating control unit seems to have developed a life of its own. All the functions and controls work. However, it seems to decide when, for how long and how fast it should come on for. No errors logged either.

I'm thinking of just replacing it. But haven't taken it out yet or checked the connectors. I'd welcome your thoughts/ comments.

Also, will get a pic of the car up over the weekend.

Cheers folks,

Sim.

Hi Slim

Welcome to PCGB, and more specifically to R9. As far as your heating controls are concerned there are a couple of options:
You could pay a visit to a local specialist (Zuffenhaus is an R9 favourite) or post your question on the 997 Register section of the forum as someone may well have had this issue previously.
As far as Christmas spirit is concerned we are going to be having our Christmas Zoom meet on 22nd December, there will be an email sent out shortly with all the details including details on how to enter our end of year competition.
Hope this helps, and hopefully see you in 2020!
