Hi everyone R3 member here.
I've been given the task of arranging a bit of a meet up for a small group of friends in Spring 2021 (hopefully Covid will be less of an issue by then). As we are travelling from various parts of the UK, Wales seems to be a decent point where we can all feel like we've been equally inconvenienced as its on no ones doorstep.
Alas being in the NE I have to admit to not visiting Wales since a geography field trip in the late 80's so I'm looking for recommendations for a few driving routes and somewhere for an overnight stay. A pub with a B&B, small hotel etc that can accommodate 5-6 guys and their cars/bikes. Would like somewhere with a bit of an atmosphere and able to serve some decent food, not too basic, but there are different budget considerations so not looking for the Savoy either!
Are any of the PCGB's lovely Welsh members able to recommend anywhere?
