The only UK 991 Club Classic is up for auction. Just 13 made and only two RHD (the other to Hong Kong IIRC) to celebrate the Porsche Club’s 60th anniversary around the world. They were both at the PCGB display at Silverstone a few years ago.

We enjoyed many tours with Mike and Pauline when they first acquired the car - hope it goes to a good home.

When Mike brought the car to Silverstone Classic to take part in the world record of 1200 + 911s on a racing circuit in 2013 he showed me around this beautiful car. He had a leather bound folder, given to him by Porsche, showing all the details of the cars production. It was fabulous. Mike was so proud of this car And he knew he was a lucky owner of such a special 911.

At the same event was the only other RH drive 991 Club Classic driven there by its owner prior to being shipped to Singapore.

Sadly Mike passed away a few years later.

Having been in the same convoy with that 911 with Mike and Pauline on a couple of the 991 Register trips in Wales and Scotland, I just hope the new owner uses it rather than store it in the garage, the car was meant to be driven not polished.
