Time to replace the battery?

Hi Everyone,
Might be answering my own questions, sorry.
Until recently it been a daily driver, now just 2 or 3 times a week. Occasionally I now get the warning "low battery start engine".
MY13 car dunno if it is the original battery (can't see a date stamp anywhere), but nearly seven years seems like a very good innings. Though previous owner was a Doctor and she paid OPC to do everything from rattles to new tyres, so a new battery could be likely.
No other faults or gremlins (touching wood), starts first time.
Do I replace the battery or wait for now?
If I replace the battery anyones thoughts on the Bosch S5 A13 or Yuasa YBX9019? No BEM for either battery so would have to cheat with PIWIS.
TIA

No unfortunately she is an outside car.
Yes I do have the charger for the 12v accessory (cig) socket. When I am cleaning she usually gets a boost.

Outside on a drive or on the road? If ours are left out ( on the drive) I still connect the Ctek, unit inside the car, lead through bottom of door and plugged into an extension which is then covered by an upturned bucket with a brick on top! Does the job.[:)]

I used one of these instead of the bucket [:)]

my car is 2014MY and only seen that warning once when it wasn't on CTEK for quite a while - is on it mostly when not in use. Got about 7 years out of a battery on another car before it started going flaky. The alarm got sensitive to it first on that one with I presume voltage dropping and setting it off - new battery and no problem afterwards - so you may see something similar as the battery fails which would be another sign it's on it's way out. Still under warranty on mine so porsche oem battery is all I can use.
