Turbo twist hollow spoke

Long shot, has anyone got for sale a rear 18inch hollow spoke turbo twist wheel, my car is a 1998 996 C2, happy to collect if I luck enough to find one

The 'Turbo twist' wheels aren't hollow spoke on the C2. Only the Turbo (and C4S if optioned) had the hollow spoke wheels. They are a different width ans offset to the rear C2/C4 wheels.

Yes I am aware they were not standard, however they were fitted to this car, as the option code suggests, at some point prior to my ownership the near side rear has been replaced with a solid spoke, I am trying to source another hollow to match the rest

A rare option, and I suspect a difficult thing to replace economically. As I said, the actual Turbo hollow spoke wheels have different offsets to yours, and are wider. Good luck with your search.

So-called ...‘Turbo Look’ Hollow Spokes are definitely available in C2 offsets, as my 993 was specified with them from new... difficult to source one on its own, though, I would think. Good luck finding one, Mark.

Having one (approx 8lbs) heavier rear wheel than the rest on your car is not the best set up.

These items pop up on auction sites from time to time. It's just a matter of patience until one or a set appear. They are a sought after wheel.

I recently saw a set of Ruff rims, but offsets looked incorrect despite description saying fits 996 and alike.

You could also try Northways as they hold some s/h stock.

What is the part number on the hollow spoke rear Mark - some of the turbo twists are still available from Porsche at around £900-1000 each, factor in 10% discount that is still expensive but if you want a full set...

What are the correct part numbers for these 18" hollow spoke wheels that were supplied on some early high spec narrow body C2 996 cars.?
I am trying to souce a set of 4 if anyone has any available for sale.

Quick question....
When you say Hollow wheels do you mean that the rear of the spokes (The inward facing sections) has been hollowed out to create an indentation?
