911 - 992 Seat strap broken off

Car only 10 months old and the strap on the front seat to move seat forward to get to the rear seat was difficult to use from day one.  Only used it a couple of times but without force, the strap broke off altogether. A new one is going to be fitted.  Anyone else had this problem?

Many thanks.

I also have a 992 - strap is completely jammed and electrics in seat completely unresponsive - been back into Porsche twice, (most recently for a month) they’ve replaced with new seat frame and still unresolved .. !
