Castle Combe Classic

Hi chaps

Is there any Club presence at this event this year?  I see it is only car clubs in attendance.

I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I'm going.

Waste of time as you cannot leave the paddock as circuit itself is closed off to spectators. Any club display  is paddock based. Great shame as its a 2 day meeting celebrating 70th year  from when they had their 1 and only F1 race in Oct 1950.

I'll take that as a "no" then.

I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I'm going.

We decided early on to postpone the event, then it looked like it could be feasible.
Unfortunately the way Combe are organising it means that it will greatly detract from members expectations from previous years.
To answer your original question, sorry but no.
Hopefully next year we will do something special at Combe for the Porsche Club birthday

Thanks Stuart.  As you know I and several others from R15 have come along to this in the past.  I thought that was the case this year but I have been asked the question by the others and just wanted to be sure.

I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I'm going.
