Last trip from recent travels in Europe, 2019 took us to Portugal via France and Spain.
Another superb trip however there were some problems that thankfully we were able to work around, thanks to our tour organisers superb work we pulled success out of disaster.

We hope you feel like taking a trip to Europe with your cars, it's probably safer than flying [:)]

Hi Peter, great write-up. We've had some fabulous Boxstering holidays in Spain and Portugal staying in Paradors and Pousadas. Shame about the ferry problems - we've discovered relatively late in life that the Brittany Ferries "cruise ferries" are a very relaxing way of travelling to N Spain. Which travel company did you use?

Thank you Brian, we used Brittany ferries, the first time my wife who is not a boat person flew to Santander and I took the car, thankfully the ferry arrived otherwise that could have been difficult.

Following our cruise from Genoa to Palermo where we had a balcony suite I talked her into using Brittany ferries to Spain providing we had a commodore cabin, that was the trip that failed.

We also have booked with Brittany to St Malo but due to COVID-19 that is postponed, we should have been in the Pyrenees now, hopefully May 2021.

Looking forward to being able to do something, maybe in September when we should be off to Croatia, time will tell [:)]

Sorry Brian, just re-read your message and realised I had misunderstood, we use EDT, European Driving Tours who operate out of Dunholme near Lincoln. They have organised trips for R4 and R23, the owners are Mark and Alison.
