Noise coming from arch drivers side wheel

First post here and hoping yee guys can help.
On drivers side wheel there is an awful noise like stones rattling around from what looks like the grill in front of wheel. Any ideas please?

Yes, video distinctly shows debris flying past the wheel.
I reckon there’s loads of debris being shot out by the fan... can’t do the oil cooler or whatever any good to have that in there. Have you been through a grit trap recently [&:] !? Needs further investigation []

Manged to get liner to move just enough that a few stones came out and all seems good today . Really appreciated the help. Google was no good on this one
Was definitely a weird one.
