AGM - What is Good and what is Right ?

In a very, very rare post from me, as I very infrequently use the Forum, I just want to let everyone know that with the AGM is coming up, I have submitted my 25 Questions to the Secretary by the due deadline of today, which I presume will be circulated in advance of the meeting to all Members.

Due to social distancing restrictions this year’s AGM is going to be hugely different from previous editions and will be held virtually. As a result we may see an increased attendance which will be good. All Club members will be invited to attend and closer to the time, you will be sent joining details via email.

The joining details will also be added to the dedicated AGM page on the Club's website, which includes the previous minutes, Club accounts and proxy forms. This can be found here.

The plan for the meeting will determine other things like : how the voting will be handled; how papers – including previous minutes, latest accounts, and questions submitted, will be circulated in advance; how proxy voting will be handled; and how those wishing to speak will be managed.

So, if you haven’t submitted any questions and you would like to, please send them to the Secretary today by e-mail to secretary@porscheclubgb.com . Hopefully, you have found my infrequent post useful ?

Best regards, Allan.
