Coolant pipe query

Hi guys
Im struggling with my coolant pipe popping off the radiator housing.
Ive managed to pull it back on, but it popped off again after a short drive.
With everything going on I can’t get to a ramp to look at it properly.
Is it just a case of crimping the pipe and cleaning up the connection or am I missing something ?

When I replaced my radiators, the hoses didn't have that kind of fitting. They were pushed onto the radiator inlet/outlet and held in place with a jubilee clip. If you can get one of those onto your pipe it may hold it at least as a temporary fix.

As The connections on the Turbo are different from the standard 996
see attached I can only assume item 32 needs replacing if all other components seem OK.
Good luck
Andy

Having had a similar issue with my Turbo it doesn't appear that the pipe is seating correctly into the radiator. Also the retaining clip looks a bit corroded.

If you can get at it remove the pipe, clean the end of the pipe and also the radiator inlet, check the O ring and also the retaining ring (The part that Andy referred to).
Make sure the ring is correctly in place and then push the pipe in until you hear it click into place. The flange on the pipe should be almost flush with the radiator inlet.

Thank you for your great advice guys, as soon as I can get a ramp I’ll go by your advice .
Many thanks
Simon
