Unfortunately, I think I only manged to view 8 at any one time Ralph. Something with my set-up maybe? At least it all worked for me this time round.

Jeff,

Seeing only 8 tiles maybe a limitation of the screen size. Even a large desktop screen will have more than one page of tiles with more than a certain number of participants. When you are on your next call, try the controls (usually on the bottom and top left) that allow different views, and depending on your device allow you to see participants that are shown on a second or third "page"

I think that 8 (2x4) or 9 (3x3) is the maximum on an iPad And only 4 on a phone....if you hadn’t discovered you can swipe left/right to see others you cant see initially. I think on a laptop screen its up to 24 at a time.

Thanks chaps. As a novice Zoomer I'm still trying to figure out the controls. After the meeting I checked them out online and as you say there's a size limitation on my iPad (8 as I recall). I think I tried swiping, without success Simon, but I always find it a bit flaky in operation.

Anyway, plenty of things to experiment with next time - I have an invitation to my great niece's 4th birthday party where I have to be dressed as a pirate. I've already made the hat and eye-patch, and taking inspiration from your impressive digital background Simon I'm looking for a pic of a pirate ship.!
