Hi all

so I know this has been asked a million times and there’ll be loads of threads on it
but I going to ask anyway

has anyone purchased a obd tool thats any good easy to use and will clear faults that they can recommend please

thanks

Jojo

Ive used one of these for the last few years on my BMW a Saab (not in the Porsche as it's pre OBD) along with the torque app on my phone and it works well. Only does engine code, no abs or airbag but does live data and code check/clear. Useful to have shoved in the glove box.

P.s. I live just outside Oxford and happy to plug it in and read codes if anyone ever gets stuck

I have the icarsoft scanner, not had to use it yet :ROFLMAO:. Bought it on recommendation on other forums. As above I live near Rugby if you need to try it

Hiya which side of oxford? Would be grateful of a test on the 997 orange engine light just come on

cheers Jo

I live in Witney, happy to plug the code reader in which should give you an idea of what's going on.
