Northern Cayman cars & Coffee Meet?

Hi all, R3 imposter here...not sure if any R18 Cayman owners are looking at posts in the Cayman register forum? Jealous of some of the meets at Goodwood etc. that our Southern Cayman driving friends arrange there’s an active thread trying to encourage some semi regular Cayman register meets in the North.

Originally ’the North’ seemed to cover anywhere North of the Watford Gap and a meet Wales was suggested which for me was a WOTY rather then a cars & coffee meet. I’ve suggested that we can consider something bigger in the future but to get something started we start with smaller meets that cover Caymans across neighbouring

I have tabled something central to the regions that PCGB classes as Northern England (R3, R5, R7,R18, R22 & R30) aiming for 1-2hr from a meeting point in each region taking various routes to a central meet. To me a natural point in the centre of those regions would be Hawes > Buttertubs > Tan Hill Inn area.

2 questions...
1) is anyone more familiar with organising drives in the area have any alternate/better suggestions?
2) any Cayman owners in R3, R5, R7,R18, R22 or R30 interested?

I’ll be posting this in the other regions listed above to catch people who may not actively look in the Cayman forum but it would be easier if you comment with any interest in the original post.https://www.porscheclubgb.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=1048460
