The countdown has begun for Region 5’s Annual weekend stay at the magical village of Portmeirion. This is just a brief update for those attending to give a guide on timings / itinerary for the weekend.

FRIDAY 21st FEBRUARY
12.00 – 2.00pm

Meet at the Bison Café Rhug LL21 0EH on the A5 near Corwen
The Rhug Estate is a convenient stop off for a coffee or bite to eat. There will be time for everyone to arrive safely and perhaps do a little shopping. If you wish to join us here it will be a short drive to the Hotel of about an hour.

3:00pm onwards
CHECK IN AT CASTELL, PORTMEIRION, LL48 6ET - FOR ALL GUESTS
All guests whether staying in the Hotel, Village or Castell are requested to Check-in at Castell Reception please. You will then be notified of your dedicated parking space for your accommodation.

7.00 for 7.30pm
Drinks in the hotel bar followed by dinner in the main hotel dining room for all guests.

SATURDAY 22nd February
8.00 am – 10.00am
Breakfast in the Main hotel dining room, for those staying in Castell you can choose to have breakfast here.

7.00 for 7.30pm
Drinks in the hotel bar followed by dinner in the main hotel dining room for all guests.

SUNDAY 23rd FEBRUARY
8.00 am – 10.00am
Breakfast in the Main hotel dining room.For those in Castell you can choose to have breakfast here.

11.00am Check out

We are really looking forward to yet another stay at the wonderful Portmeirion for what promises to be a fabulous weekend.
