Just before xmas I emailed a queerie to the secretary asking for some advice an auto reply was received saying out of office until Jan, and they would respond then, yet I still have not heard anything yet
Last week I made an enquiry to the person responsible for the Goodwood track day, yet no reply
this site is meant to be for members to ask questions and receive an answer, I presume this club is run by volunteers, but as a new member (7 months) im not impressed so far
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD WITHIN 15 MINS OF THIS BEING POSTED I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL TO FIND OUT MY PROBLEMS AND IT IS ALL BEING SORTED AS THE 1ST ENQUIRY WAS SENT TO A PERSON WHO WAS AWAY FOR A FEW WEEKS IN NEW ZEALAND AND THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE OF EMAILS ON MY OTHER ENQUIRY SO I AM VERY SATTISFIED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE! BUT DO LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE HAD PROBLEMS TOO AS THEY WILL SORT THEM

There is a number of full time staff and a General Manager. Who are obviously monitoring the forums. I sent an email ref the PCGB survey rating bar not working before Christmas. Got an apology this week from Mrs Pyke(a Director) for not responding and told the survey was closed.

Hi
Did you want to contact myself as no Such email received by me and I never put my out of office on.
I can only think your email went to the Cayman RS who was in NZ.
any 996 issues please don't hesitate to call or email me
Kind regards
Andy

Hi .
Always found Andy to be a very good RS. As all ROs @ RSs are volunteers a lot still in full employment our aim is to reply to any questions at our earliest convenience.
Occasionally emails can go missing technology for you. :ROFLMAO: I think that's the case here as I know Andy is very meticulous with his Register.
Enjoy your cars all.
