TH Boler PPI?

New club member looking to hopefully buy a Cayman 981 early this year.
I’ve seen a potential car advertised at TH Boler. Would you always recommend (after my initial viewing and test drive) that I obtain a separate independent pre-purchase inspection?
Is this standard practice? Would TH Boler be prepared to let another independent Porsche specialist inspect the vehicle? Or would I be okay to trust TH Boler’s inspection and warranty?

Please excuse my ignorance if these are stupid questions!

Hi Ben, and welcome to the Club and the Cayman forum.
I always think that an independent inspection is a very good idea even if you're purchasing from a Porsche specialist, although some Porsche Independents I think can be trusted.
T H Boler should be happy to allow an independent inspection, otherwise what have they got to hide? Although they seem to have a lot of Porsches for sale I'm not sure that they offer Porsche servicing and repairs, and I think that you'd be better getting someone like Autofarm in Bicester to give you an independent view of the car's condition.
    Good luck.!
