I like to get the best from my beloved 991.1 TT so apologies for the "particular" nature of my question. I have standard steel discs with gt3 pads with MPS4S tyres.
I am intrigued at maximum g forces recorded:
cornering (1.28 on track) and,
acceleration (1.26 with launch control on good tarmac)
are much higher than .98 on full braking.
On track the brakes seem to work well and the ABS steps in under occasion very hard braking so I guess that all components are working well up to the limit of the tyres. But these tyres give better acceleration and cornering G forces.
It may be because the front tyres are more narrow and do most of the braking.
Any other ideas would be gratefully received please?
