Wow no recommendations at all?

Try CavendishPorscha at Long Eaton ?

Not far from you?
I've been there in the last couple of months to get the car looked over before storing away for winter.
Seem a nice bunch of guys to be honest.

Hi Fellah!

I like PE Cars....Porsche and Euro Car I think they call themselves, Grimethorpe near Barnsley

Not quite Derbyshire I know......but it's good enough to get my vote when I set off from a Chesterfield 'start'. John Keller the man you need......

We used Quorn Sports &Classic, near Loughborough..
ex Porsche Leicester mechanics.
They are up to date doing a first oil service on a 2018 Macan. Also Detailed engine work, including Turbo,s and ancillaries on a 996 Turbo.
All work excellent, nice guys.

Hi,

Try Frankerbrook Garage near Belper, Derbyshire. They are Porsche specialist. Very knowledgeable and they know their stuffs with Air-cooled and Water-cooled...

I'm in North Derbyshire so popped mine over the Hill in to the German Auto Centre in Sheffield they have a couple of lads who specialise in Porsche. I had them inspect mine after buying it they highlighted a few bits of remedial work which was done recently. Very happy with the work and seemed reasonable on price.
Hope this helps

Nick

Hi All, realise I'm coming late to this ... however wI ant to add a further positive vote for Cavendish in Long Eaton - I've moved to R8 recently and took my 993 there last month for a couple of jobs that were needed. I met Adam & Simon (the 2 owners) and they are knowledgeable and friendly.

Yep, been to Cavendish a couple of times since I last posted in this thread.

Last time in April 2021 when I had a service and all the coolant pipes replaced, and full set of coil packs.
Half the price of the OPC.

Agreed Simon and Adam both nice guys to talk to.
