Hi,

Looking to upgrade the exhaust on my 987S, want to extract some more power and also a more throaty sound track.

Thinking about Carnewal and their 200CEL sports cats plus GT exhaust as prices are keen and have read several positive reviews on other forums, however am always keen to receive feedback.

Appreciate comments

Steve

No doubt that improving the "breathing" of your car helps create some oomph, many of us combine exhaust/intake type mods with a remap to spice things up. The Carnewal GT system is very cost effective when you send your old item back to Gert (relatively cheap to do so), it adds a few BHP on it's own, and certainly has a noise that will make you smile. Some go the whole IPD/Plenum mod, headers etc, some just improve the air filter and cat back exhaust, some even de snork for more induction noise....comes down to taste and budget. Gert is certainly a knowledgeable chap and easy to ask questions of.
