997 Gen2 Turbo - Tyre recommendations

Any advice on tyres for a 911 Gen 2 turbo? Michelins seem to get strong reviews, but even within the Michelin range there seems to be loads of choice.

I would want 235/35/ZR19 91Y on the front and 305/30/ZR19 102Y on the rears.

I've always had Bridgestone RE050 on mine and had no reason to change. Stiffer sidewalls than most, bit noisy but all 997 tyres are!

I haven’t tried Bridgestones on mine, i run Michelin PS2 which, with the PS2 cup are the only n rated Michelins.

Agree that all 997 tyres are noisy.

I wouldn’t change, same brand loyalty as tscaptain, just to a different brand...

I have Michelin on my turbo wheels and Bridgestone on my GT2 wheels (which they came with) and don't have any real preference between the 2 when warmed up, the handling is awesome! Ive just replaced rears with like for like on both sets now as required as i don't have a clear favourite.
Previously on bikes I would have only run Pirelli which i also then stuck to on my GT3 until the road legal corsa disappeared, now replaced with Michelins.
