993 c4s Radio and remote central locking issue, help please?

Hi,
I have a 993 c4s and recently the radio has stopped working. For a few weeks it would stop when I put the windows up or close the sunroof; but continue afterwards. When I started it the other day it has completely stopped so I guess it's a fuse. However after checking fuses and swapping relays it still doesn't work.
Another issue: the remote control has stopped activating the central locking (which still works with the key). The alarm still works with the remote.

Any advise on where to look would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Maurice,
It's a new battery and starts perfectly with no assistance and everything else is running fine; apart from the remote: which works the alarm and only the key works the central locking. The fuse box looks good and I have some dehumidifying sachets in there just in case. The relays were switched on advice and are the same; but switched back now. I'm starting to suspect the radio, which is aftermarket and almost as old as the car. I think I'll look there next as apparently there is a fuse at the back of the radio.
Tony
